Pros
My management team (client success coordinator, client services director) check in with me regularly, and there are great training and networking opportunities through “Tech In Motion.” The benefits are great especially compared with other W2 contracting opportunities at other staffing firms I had checked out previously. They offer sick leave time which is also a great benefit in comparison with many other staffing firms. I really can’t complain because the pay is excellent!
Cons
There isn’t a 401K match currently but there may be one next year (still awaiting update on that). No vacation leave/PTO.
