      Pros

      You get to work with young people who you become extremely close with.

      Cons

      SO MANY CONS: None of the managers know how to manage. They are only a manager because they are great at the job. People are constantly on edge and getting talks with the VP and manager about performance out of nowhere. You never know how well you are doing or if your job is on the line. Extremely hard to move up in the company. Managers are working other team's roles under the table. Horrible culture

      you jump in fast, you’re not waiting around or hoping one day you’ll get to the action. You’re trained efficiently and then able to do the job!

      Cons

      Horrible managament. I was astounded! I have worked other jobs and have played high level sports my entire life, I love a challenge and constructive criticism, but I was being pathologically lied to, always criticized, micromanaged. I sat 6 inches from the office manager. There is no trust. Very low maturity, the management created drama and control out of own insecurity. I wish I could go into specifics on here lol!!
