Good Company & Culture, Bad Base Pay

Pros

The management is great and we have a healthy culture. I don’t feel like just a metric or number at this job, though it being a metric driven environment. Training structure is great it’s cool to meet team leads and managers from all over the company. Also the diversity on the type of jobs worked keeps the job interesting and fun. Benefits are pretty decent. I also enjoy the hybrid schedule.

Cons

The starting pay is pretty terrible. In some of the higher cost of living states the base is not even livable. It’s the lowest in the staffing market for sure (especially in my state) and It isn’t easy to move up quickly to get those pay raises either. PTO structure could also be better.

Pros

There is endless opportunity for those willing to work hard and who are self motivated. Lots of training and the people actually care about you and your success.

Cons

Sales is not for the faint of heart… if you are not self motivated or can’t take someone telling you no then sales may not be for you. You need to put in time and effort for maximum compensation but it’s real and not a get rich quick scam. There is some turnover here and there but not more than you would expect in a sales job

Good sales and reruiting training to lay a foundation in your career.

Cons

Pay is not the best. Some of the management team was pretty junior in their skills mentoring and bringing junior talent up to speed.
