      Fast Pace, Poor Planning, Poor Transparency

      Pros

      Fast paced. Lots of works to be done. Good projects. Real industry problems. Good customers.

      Cons

      Lots of difficult people, both in the "rank & file" and in leadership. Bad strategy and bad planning by leadership have led to multiple large rounds of layoffs. No real strategic differentiation from the competition in a crowded market leads to deep existential pain. At the management level, lots of politics, maneuvering, minor backstabbing. Lack of transparency from managers too cowardly to be upfront. Very stressful.

      Upper Management doesn't really care about their employees. RIF's happen on a monthly basis, even to the newer employees just out of training. When it comes to talking to your prospects, so many people in the upper management want to be part of the calls and meetings. Normally, this is good for business, but when they tell the clients different pricing than what you have already discussed, the clients turn to competitors for better pricing and service. There have been 2 rounds of layoffs within the last year alone. Upper management needs to stay in their lane and let the sales people do their jobs without interfering on every deal and every meeting. Very toxic place to work and meetings get changed at all hours of the night and even at 2 or 3 in the morning. Stay away if you can. Look at other places to work.
