Poor manipulative management and layoffs like crazy for no reason at all - happened to multiple teammates without PIP or warning. Toxic Feminity, passive-aggressive attitudes, blatant HR protocol rule-breaking. You name it. We who have been here have seen it all. And the bad thing is that most people on the outside don't know about it for obvious reasons until the most recent article of 2 days ago.

Where does one start. At will employer, meaning for any reason they layoff and / or find ways to get rid of employees. Time and time again every year they layoff hundreds of workers. Beliwve ao that it looka like they are always hiring which raises the value of their eventual ipo. Nothimg works, over promise and under deliver micro manage although managers have no clue what thwy are doing so wndleas meetonga and reports that basically comes down to "busy work" for half of your day which takes away from cutomer care. My advice, run as fast as you can away from this train wreck of a company. Also lie abput unlimoted PTO lucky to get one day a season if you ask for it becuase its manager discretion and they always cannot give you the time.
