      1. Growth 2. Appreciate your mistakes, so that you will end up getting those things fix through learning. which is actually great. 3. Atmosphere is 10/10 4. Appreciate the fact that they the difference between human & robot which is actually a superb strategy. 5. God knows how far i ll go with this company but trust me man they know what they are doing.

      Cons

      If you want to work with them you have to be independent person with the ability of working with same pace everyday which is not a bad thing for yourself for the future days.

      Transparency (for real!): from internal communications to executive's calendars, everyone at the company has a public calendar Work life balance: although things move fast, there is no need to put "in face" time. If you need to work from home that's totally fine, if you need to leave early or take a few days off no one will judge you Unlimited PTO that your boss actually encourages you to take (and also sets example by taking time off themselves) Almost everyone is helpful, friendly, interested in what they do but also in their co-workers well being
