Management tends to treat the workers like children.
Lots of mass confusion.
Only one 10-minute break from noon to 4:30!
Very few managers seem to like their job.

Cons
Leadership here is just horrible in every way you can possibly think. Workplace is very unprofessional and could care less of the safety of its employees. As long as the job gets done is all that matters. No real quality control.
