      The current leadership has turned one of the most well respected excellent places to work that used to turn out some of the most advanced technology into a company riding on their name with no respect for their employees.

      Good wages, benefits, facilities, labs, equipment, etc...

      Cons

      Stock awards were taken away from those below a certain grade level and are only given to small group who control their members. Stagnant company trying to reduce headcount through attrition. Aging workers just waiting to get wacked. No upward mobility in the technical track.
