      Pros

      Well known brand and company. Good salary and compensation package. Strong balance sheet. Encourages innovation and ideas.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for career growth/change. Tend to get pigeoned into one role and little chance to change although management claims to have a talent sharing pool. The problem is this is a reality for only a few people near the top.

      Getting to work in latest technologies Getting to know technologies that can save millions of people Flexibility in timings Friendly managers Good compensation and consistent hike for valuable performers

      Cons

      HR does not play any role in employee development. HR is all about systems and processes that are predefined and dumb. No extra facilities (like decent lunch etc.) other than salary is available in locations (e.g. Gurgaon) in India. No interaction between teams in Gurgaon. Senior management/leadership hardly interacts with ground level employees.
