      Pros

      My boss was very down to earth. The culture promotes treating people with respect and a clear example is eating in the company cafeteria where everyone is "equal" from VP to lower level technologist. They are doing a good job recruiting women and minorities into engineering roles. My boss fostered an environment of honesty and truly listened to feedback from employees. With recent restructures, very creative and innovative projects in cultivation.

      Cons

      There appeared to be heavy pressure on sales team. Sometimes getting product to "perfection" allowed competition to get to market sooner.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Flexible hours and PTO. Good people to work with (depends which group you are in). You can learn a lot if you have individual goals and get good work from your manager.

      Cons

      Some department changes are always going on. Layoffs might come out of the blue. Good work being sent to Malaysia. Usually Malaysia and a part of the company gets recognition due to them being the main revenue generator. Politics and in competencies in management They are now coming under increased threats from competition.
