Pros
Best thing about Motorola is that you are given enough space to work and perform in your own way, there are no restrictions and every one is there to support you. There is not much pressure on the employees, timings are flexible until you are meeting the deadlines and policies and cultural values are respected and practices like religion giving you the freedom to perform in any way you consider best yielding better results and employee satisfaction
Cons
Not many downsides that I experienced, just that you wont get anything unless you ask for it and unless you proof yourself worthy enough for it. You'll get a pay raise or increment only if you have done a pile of work to show in the past year. If there isn't much work to do you'll keep hanging in the middle with whatever you are getting unless work starts to come.
