      Company culture is AMAZING. they really value your personal life, treat you like a sweet bay area company does, some really genuine people.

      Cons

      - old school processes, but you do have room to try and change some! - some old school terrible people. they shame me you for wanting to leave, and say outrageous things sometimes. - some old white men who are very much racist still

      Extraordinarily poor mid level and upper level management. Promises not kept. Expectations given to customers, NEVER met. If you are considering working for MSI, head in the opposite direction, quickly!!
