-some repute in the mobile data space -pay is nice -Tech teams is treated with lot of care -office is nice

Cons

- ability to listen & adjust to market dynamics is completely absent - rate of innovation & implementation is very slow - teams lack sense of direction - lack of leadership & focus - Product focus is lacking - works more as a services organisation than a product focused one.

Pros

Great team of people to work with, was industry best, the technical team was able to pull off installation of new Data Centers in Asia Pacific Plenty of good talents from Telecommunications arena.

Cons

Due to recent issue with executives, more and more of the talents have either been disappointed or disenfranchised with the low stock performance that there is hardly incentive to keep good talent or attracting new talent. Looks likely to be sold.
