Coworkers are the best people I know.

Cons

Very poorly run organization. The executive board is interested in self-preservation, squandering taxpayer dollars. Directors, managers, and deans treat their staff poorly and create an environment of fear.

People are genuine and staff tend to want to do the right thing. Within the departments, people want to get to know each other.

Cons

Executive leadership has created a culture of discipline and mistrust. This has reached all the way down to the lowest level of staff and there is resentment toward executive leadership.
