Pros

Respects your class schedule, you get holidays off, still get summers off. I was able to do homework while working, and the place I worked was very quiet and low-key. I felt like I was being paid to do nothing (not that I wasn't doing anything - but I enjoyed working for the VADC).

Cons

Low pay, low hours. When I started working at MCC you could work up to 24 hours a week, and during my last semester, I was only given 15 hours a week max. While working in the art building I noticed there were potential flaws in the security of the VADC (Visual Arts and Design Center).
