Self-guided, course design support, opportunities to fill in professors and make extra money.

Cons

Low Pay (less than 3k dollars per course), Issues with race at the college, no structure of dual enrolled classes that have high school students.

Pros

Great place to work for. For the most part colleagues are easy to get along with. Mott tries to keep everything current.

Cons

Location, location, location. Unfortunately, main campus is in the heart of Flint, Mott seems to constantly be fighting and uphill battle with surrounding stereotypes.
