Director relies on MSP to make any and all technological decisions. Uses MSP to gage employee performance, while using that same metric to determine the amount of block hours to utilize the MSP, a huge ethical no-no and obvious conflict of interest. Director would rather make friends than make sound, ethical, business decisions.
