      Pros

      Mott MacDonald has a wealth of resources, good opportunities to expand your career (if you are made aware) and has a good ethos regarding employee wellbeing. Mott MacDonald tries very hard to be the best that it can be.

      Cons

      The company is so big that sometimes there are so many processes to go through that the essence of the job you are trying to do gets lost. In addition, sometimes the job pressures are great and the employee gets forgotten although I would suggest this is the same in any company!

      Pros

      More of experience and class driven company, monstrous presence around globe and huge value for our CV. Very professional and there is no Spoon feeding as it should be. All have opportunity to grow and achieve but its up to us to grab otherwise someone else will grab. well paid, increments, performance bonuses

      Not much, may be since its way too big making your presence felt is tough.

      Global company, good work culture, try to help as best they can in regards to moving people across the business globally

      Cons

      Retention is low, benefits packages not as competitive as our competitors, communication across the business could be better as a lot of the time employees aren't aware as to what is happening
