The company structure is nothing short of a shambles. There are multiple divisions all doing the same work, meaning the company competes within itself to win work. I didn't once see anyone from senior leadership. I began to wonder whether they actually existed as change was always promised but nothing ever happened.

if you need to do something you need to get so many approvals and it can take months before you put something in motion. especially if you need to travel Most of the MDs have been in the company for years and don't like change or are not willing to listen to the younger generation. The company is starting to work on that with the new branding proposition but it will take a while before we see any changes and also it will be very challenging to make these old MDs to be more open to the modern world If you are happy working in very quiet environments then this is the type of company for you. Very corporate and very little social interaction
