      Strong professional company with high standards. Good reputation in the market and can genuinely offer international opportunities.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency over salaries and underpaid in regional offices. Very restricted share scheme - An 'employee owned' company should enfranchise the majority of it's employees to be able to participate in ownership, not a select few (20% approx.).
