      I work in International Development Services where our projects cover education, health, governance, water and environment in low and middle income economies. - Colleagues are really professional and committed to doing the best work they can. - Projects are varied, interesting and focused on improving lives - Opportunities to develop career as a technical expert or in management - Supportive company that takes employees' health, safety and security seriously, particularly in high risk environments. - Good (and improving) IT systems

      Cons

      - Large company with many procedures to be followed and some slowness in decision making - Salaries and benefits generally not as good as in similar organisations in this sector - Management of company does not reflect the company's diversity (although in recent years MM is trying to address this) - There is not a culture of celebrating individual successes and promotions

      Large company means that there is massive scope to m,ove around and make use of there vast locations. Very good structure for pursuing your chosen career. Support from line management is very good, at certain levels.

      Communication seem to be a fault, however there are measures in place to make this better
