      Pros

      Great opportunities to develop within the company, with the chance to work in other parts of the world. I enjoyed my time at Mott MacDonald and would be to return one day if there was an opportunity.

      Cons

      Benefits packages needs further improvement but the company has a good open forum that allows people to put their views across.

      Interesting and varied work just not enough of it. Some really good people to work with. Although the good ones are often overlooked

      Cons

      Too political. Half the staff should pass on their knowledge and promote more graduates. Stale pale and male. This truly is an old boys network with useless managers in a position of power
