Pros

I like the company culture and work-life balance. Also a good place to be in if you want to maximise your exposure in different power projects.

Cons

overall compensation and benefits package is okay. Just don't count on the yearly bonus.

Pros

A real family feel to the company (or at least my sector of Tunnels) which made a newcomer like myself feel welcome. A central Croydon office means vast opportunities for lunch. My manager is very supportive in regards to my job role and what additional responsibilities I would like to take on.

Cons

I was unlucky enough to start when Mott MacDonald were going through a refurbishment, the only con that I can think of is the desk hopping and moving about.
