      Pros

      Mott MacDonald has a really strong culture which is great to work in. The atmosphere in the London office is laid back and friendly.

      Cons

      Remuneration and benefits are quite far below the market rate.

      salary levels are below industry standards, lack of tie ups with ivey league universities for executive education, very few formal trainings, no option of secondment in other mm offices
