Pros

- Easy to just glide along - People (co workers) are friendly - Good location

Cons

- Senior Management structure is a joke - no decisions are communicated to staff early enough - very bad induction (was not provided with all the information upon being made an offer of employment - very little opportunity to move through divisions - I believe your experience in this company will depend very much on which department you work for - Organisation actually very disjointed and dated - Every thing is about the bottom line
