Accommodation, vehicle (including unlimited petrol), mobile (with facility for unlimited international calls)medical insurance and visa for self and family provided

Cons

location was not the best place to work from though the benefits really were great and overall package not too bad either

Pros

It is a friendly company with great staff and good work life balance. I truly believe as an employee owned organisation it is run for the benefit of all the staff. Managers are interested in staff development, and working towards career goals.

Cons

There aren't any cons that spring to mind. The benefits package could be improved.

All staff are very friendly and helpful, my role is varied and enjoyable,a nice working environment, regular meetings with your manager with clear objectives set, modern offices which are near train stations which helps reduce the commute.
