      Pros

      Large company means that there is massive scope to m,ove around and make use of there vast locations. Very good structure for pursuing your chosen career. Support from line management is very good, at certain levels.

      Cons

      Communication seem to be a fault, however there are measures in place to make this better

      Pros

      Working for Mott MacDonald has taken me around the world working on some extremely high profile projects. Management respond well to those who push to make things better with opportunities at all levels to get involved to make a real difference to both customers and colleagues. The company promises challenges and certainly provides !

      Cons

      Moving internationally is a big ask for some and often managers forget that the world has changed from the old "expat community" days, now support is less affordable support but it is still needed and much appreciated.

      - As a member of the support services unit, the staff knowledge base that is available to me is somewhat smaller, but this is to be expected.
