      Pros

      Mott MacDonald has a friendly atmosphere and London Office is in the heart the city. The offices are new and the additional benefits are great.

      Cons

      Its not a place for lazy and laid back people without an ambition and drive for success. You have to make sure your working hard and always learning outside of your position.
