Pros
Nice friendly people, employee owned company, high profile projects, good training opportunities, generally people stay for many years, possibility to move internally as they have many divisions, many offices globally give opportunity for relocation
Cons
can be slow paced, difficult to be promoted (especially ahead of schedule), better if you are already qualified (chartered engineer CEng MICE or equivalent), generally low salaries (although high returns from stock for senior employees who own them)
