Fully support employees Encourage employees to better themselves through courses relevant to the position held Encourage employees to help new employees through mentoring

Cons

Not sure there were any down sides to working for Mott MacDonald. They were probably the best company I have had the priveledge to work for. The resession forced redundancies otherwise I would still be there.
