      Pay doesn’t match the level of responsibility expected. Bonus is minimal (typically under ~3%) and not a meaningful reward for performance “Employee ownership” is overstated — share access is limited to upper management and not widely available Progression is inconsistent, with expectations shifting and making it difficult to move forward. Internal business development and non-delivery activity is prioritised over delivering quality work for clients. Strong delivery is not consistently recognised or rewarded via pay
