      Pros

      Motts works with some pretty big and interesting clients and projects. High level of flexibility. Capable, friendly and helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Top heavy, internal politics between divisions, management system is outdated (CB) and too risk averse. Training days are limited. Internal functions such as HR are detached from staff and problems take a long time to be resolved and often forgotten about / ignored unless serious.
