Pros

A good view on people development and training and inclusion and ethics at group level. Good opportunities to progress, supportive managers etc. Good at informing staff of management decisions and reasoning.

Cons

Sometimes there is a siloed approach across different business units and divisions. They seem to retain staff that are clearly under performing.
