      Sometimes being too systemized making some processes prolonged significantly. Career growth is heavily time dependent rather than skills.

      Good place to learn and connect with other peers across the world.

      Cons

      Most local staff are underpaid especially low income countries. Even local heads of offices are like glorified secretaries, with no power to make any decisions. Even the young interns and junior professionals from UK have more power and authority than the local heads and senior managers in local countries.

      Pros

      The course was really well put together and the trainers on the course (Jo/Michelle and Trevor) made the training very engaging. I learnt a lot from the course and even over the 8 weeks the difference in approach to conversations has changed. Materials sent out were clear and basic which made it easy to follow. The majority of the training was practicing in breakout rooms.

      Cons

      Hard to say anything really. The time side of things wasn't ideal as it did take 4 hours out of a morning and client calls needed re arranging. But minor con tbh.
