Poor management communication from senior executive group. Lack of career progression opportunities.

-Poor quality IT support. -Clunky admin systems. -Very high stress levels amongst employees. -Bullying and pressure to overwork is common from middle managers. -Despite many wellbeing initiatives, the actual support provided at the point of need is poor and issues are usually addressed too late. -HR attitude is dismissive. -Criticising or challenging management is not tolerated. -There is much emphasis on graduates and early career professionals, but lesser appreciation of more experienced colleagues, and many are leaving as a result. ("Whizz-kid" culture). -Almost constant management and team restructures, resulting in a lack of long-term cohesion amongst colleagues. -So called 'Employee-owned' status is misleading, as this is only available above certain grades. 'Management-owned' would be a more accurate description.
