      Great peers, management not so much.

      Cons

      Management - they don't understand the market and only cares about profit. They don't really care about the employees and squeeze them as much as they can.

      Messy and disorganised

      Good colleagues and culture. Better work life balance than some companies

      Cons

      Messy processes and lack of governance. Management overwrites whatever they want and are not open to feedback. Increment and bonus for working level way below market. Some lacking middle management are taking the credit.
