Pros

supportive and friendly culture, good work–life balance with flexible arrangements, and strong opportunities for learning and development through diverse international projects. Staff also value the collaborative team environment and the company’s strong reputation in the engineering and consultancy sector.

Cons

At certain times, there are fewer tasks available than employees, which makes it rather difficult to complete the timesheet each Friday.
