      Colleagues and senior staff are supportive. Good working environment. Opportunities to do lots of projects with various clients both local and international.

      Low salary compared to workloads. Old building facilities.

      Pros

      Motts looks after it's staff very well. I was treated with respect and felt valued. I got the opportunity to work on some great projects. I would say the pay is quite good for a large company.

      Cons

      The company structure is nothing short of a shambles. There are multiple divisions all doing the same work, meaning the company competes within itself to win work. I didn't once see anyone from senior leadership. I began to wonder whether they actually existed as change was always promised but nothing ever happened.
