      Amazing company with a really professional focus. Excellent digital delivery and VR expertise. Values staff that puts in the effort and is prepared to elevate people quickly. Good processes to protect company and staff. Genuinely nice atmosphere in the office. Great projects mainly in transport infrastructure.

      Cons

      Not the highest payers but look after high performers. Employee Shareholder driven and long term players can buy in when they get to the higher levels.
