Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, potential for good graduate rotation (if lucky), lots of knowledgable employees to learn from and big graduate intake so social life is lovely and fun

Cons

Pay isn't great. If you're unlucky sometimes you'll miss out on good rotation spots and potential to be stuck on one project for a long time

Pros

Large company practices and professionalism with small company ambition and opportunities in the individual groups and teams. I've been working with MM for a little over 1 year and I am amazed at the access to senior staff and executives that are eager to hear new ideas and implement new projects. Senior staff also found a way to let me work from home when I needed to move for my husband's work and I feel totally involved in the company even with a 6 hour time difference.

Cons

Still developing US business within the group's larger European background but melting together nicely as time goes on.
