      Great opportunities on variety of projects; demand/client-led business leading to strong understanding of personal market value; swathe of responsibilities lead to broad skillset development; dedicated teams of professionals creating an inspiring work ethic; very flexible attitude towards work-life balance and working-from-home; good benefits and shares packages....once you reach the right rung on the ladder; recent evidence of willingness by Directors to self-reflect and change; good attention to wellbeing

      Old-fashioned, blue collar senior leadership culture; excessive red tape and clunky bureaucracy hampering autonomy and innovation; weak meaningful collaboration internally between sectors/departments; poor progression routes and snail-like pay increases; lack of evidence of genuine willingness to support staff in mental/stress-related issues and being properly proactive in avoiding their emergence
