Pros

Great company, great CEO. I loved working here

Cons

General Manager is known for swearing at people and belittle them in front of office staff. They hire people with no clear vision for their role and they lack clear direction. So employees are left to to figure it out themselves and then they eliminate positions because they hired for something they didn't know what to do with. Also, serious lack of HR presence so employees have no one to go to.
