We take a lot of pride in how our culture embodies our core values of curiosity, empathy, and grit. We evaluate our compensation plans regularly to ensure we’re in line with market rates. We put a lot of emphasis on the professional and financial success of our sales reps. Just this past quarter we had ~110% average rep attainment for our ramped reps. Our comp plans also feature a 2x accelerator for achievement above 100% of annual target, and we're proud that so many reps achieve +150% and even +200% attainment annually. A lot of care and thought goes into new products and how we launched them, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with the EPD team.
