It's a work from anywhere company

Cons

They control every second of employees, even when sick, no trust at all. Questions are not welcome, even if something is not clear. They started adding requisites to the job description and expected everyone comply with it, even when the initial description when hired was different. Authoritarian new managers with no experience. Not many career opportunities in CR.

Movable Ink is a fantastic place to work that you can feel genuinely cares about its employees and their wellbeing as well as being an innovative and exciting place to work and develop your own skills and ideas.

Cons

The work is hard and there is a lot of it! If you are looking for a comfortable 9-5 this is not the place for you.

Manager is unsupportive Limited diversity Limited training drain on your mental health Took the fun out of email marketing Very technical Slow progression - added levels to the roles to make it seem like you are progressing but not really Very very poor worklife balance
