Pros

Super supportive, super smart coworkers. Very refreshing work environment. I feel engaged daily and am trusted by my managers and peers to do right by the company, with little to no micro-management. There are certainly growth opportunities here for committed, smart people, that are willing to put in the time and are open to learning new things daily. The product/service is on par and improving constantly. Look to Movable Ink in the coming years, they are a marketing technology powerhouse in the making!

Cons

The company is actively growing and with that comes some ambiguous process implementation and other growing pains. Working in a satellite office, you might not always be in the know. Benefits are good, but no 401K matching and the gym reimbursement process is too tedious to bother redeeming. Things will probably improve in the future as the company grows.

From the day I started, the product/tech has been growing, changing, and evolving at an incredible rate. This type of innovation keeps our clients excited and motivated to continue doing the great work they do with us. It allows me to add more value to every client meeting.
