Overall Good Experience - With New Changes That Make Company Less Appealing

- Great manager - Autonomy in my work with support when needed - Excellent remote teams - Unlimited PTO (that people really take) - Great people - smart, kind, hardworking

Cons

Since acquired by PE seeing lots of change in the future that seems to not move the company in a positive position from an employee perspective - Less support for clients - Low pay compared to industry averages - Extremely hard to advance - Product improvements needed to make experience better for clients The main reason I wouldn't recommend to a friend is closely related to the PE acquisition.

Cons

Rather iterating on a product and fixing it, we are abandoning it to build basically the same thing. The company sold out to a private equity firm to squeeze out whatever's left of us.
