      Consistent salary payments but unfulfilled promises and poor communication

      Pros

      Salary credit every month on time.

      Cons

      No salary increment yearly. Mentioned variables pay in offer letter, but i did not get yet. I eligibled to get reimbursement of my travel allowance when i joined, multiple mails sent but no response and deny for that. Offer letter stated that ,i will get extra money on night shift, but for also deny. I am having 10 years of experience but i didnt see like this company.
