1) Have good profitability because company’s strategy seems right and successful. 2) Moxa is still a growing company and always encourage diversified development. Employees can have different opportunities in the same company. 3) Emphasize family and exercises that makes “work is not only work”.

Cons

1) Adopting group/horizontal decision making always needs longer time to make final decision. 2) Rapidly establish subsidiaries, but related systems and mechanisms seem not to be ready.
