      Pros

      It's great to work with people you like and admire. Employee benefits are almost embarrassingly generous. The work is always challenging and I never feel bored.

      Cons

      It's beginning to move from a start-up to a full-fledged corporation, which is a big challenge to conquer. Some people might not be comfortable with challenging themselves constantly.
