Varies by office, but overall great job

-Something different every day -good pay but great benefits -office staff to handle admin stuff, so when I go home from doing the work I like, I am done for the day. Office staff is professional - reputable company with long time in business - Most work in more high end homes - company van - in general, nice company culture, friendly and very team oriented Some of the reviews are written for other locations and each has different owners.
Cons
- guys who are slow or don't work 40 hours a week will not make as much - a little slower if there's a lot of rain/snow, or in January. But the good guys end up still being busy because the clients like them and ask for them, plus you can offer more work to clients and that keeps you busy - most clients are great, but sometimes you have a problem one
